In ocean estuaries of Northwest rivers at low tides, greater yellowlegs can be often seen.<\/p>\n

One day we spent about an hour looking for their life.<\/p>\n

Yellowlegs actively run on the wet sand and checked it with their bills.
\n<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The sand was inhabited by sea worms of very nice culinary size.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Caught worm tried to release. Cannot blame it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Also, they are very dirty.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

So, fresh-caught worm should be quickly delivered to the water,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

and bathed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The yellowlegs caught one more dirty worm<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

and took it to bathe.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Carefully washed it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As splashes flew away.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A worm pieces.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Packed it in compact bandle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Bathed once more.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Swallowed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And walked for another one.<\/p>\n
