La Push sea lions. You can always find them near the seafood restaurant on the bank of La Push inlet. Restaurant throwaway the leavings of huge fishes in the water just behind the building. Lions, otters and seagulls have fine dining here every day.

May around Seattle is a time of rhododendrons. They bloom everywhere in different shape and color. But for real lover I would recommend little garden on Whidbey Island. Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens – is small, but saturated with numerous rhodo species and hybrids.

At the end of April we visited the north-east of Washington state including the Okanogan Valley and its blooming gardens. Okanogan is mostly gardens and wineries, from Leavenworth to Canadian board. The weather was not perfect for photography, but still it was good.
