The last month was exhaustible: a lot of energy-sapping businesses, plenty draining driving, even short vacation finally turned out into new problems.
All these miserable stuff requires something to cheer me up, so I made Sunny Snails.
The recipe is not mine, I found it here (if somebody want to try, it is in Russia, but if you really want, I can translate), and made with little variations. The Snails are 5-10 mm in diameter, and 1-5 mm thick .They are very aromatic. And very sunny.
