On January 1st, we came to this mountain to check some equipment in the snow. Unexpectedly, the road was closed way before the snow, so we should turn back. To make our visit not completely empty, we hiked couple hours enjoying the view of St Helens.
I even found a new lake. Well, new for me. Cold Water is a well-known lake, but I have never seen it, don’t ask me how.
The snow, that fell in December, now melting, and it looks like March around, not January.
The summit is white and clean.
