There are three marmot species in Washington state: yellow-belled, hoary and Olympic. First two I saw many times in different places, but the Olympic marmot was elusive for me, even everybody who visited Hurricane ridge met them. Actually it is the place to meet them. Olympic marmot is endemic species and lives only in Olympic park. But finally I met them too.
